AND System. (Advanced Nitrification Denitrification)
This is a system in which microorganisms and aeration
change the chemical make-up of the effluent. Through this process, odorous gas ammonia is stripped away - releasing only harmless nitrogen into the air. The first full-scale system has been constructed and is
operating at our Whitetail Farm.

Water Resue System
The system has been operational on a test basis. The system is temperature dependent and will produce optimum results in warmer weather. A Pilot system has been constructed and is
in operation at our Homann Farm.
Recycle
Crystal Peak Process
The system bypasses the current anaerobic lagoons and uses digestion, de-watering, drying of solids and processing of the plant end water for soluable nutrient recovery. The combined
solids and soluable nutrients, when dried, form a complete granular fertilizer. Pilot testing has been completed at our Homan Farm.
